Born December 13, 1991; raised in Birchwood, Wis. Telitz (pronounced “TEE-lits”) started karting at the age of 7 in Eau-Claire, Wis., and made the transition to cars in 2011 through the Skip Barber Karting Scholarship Shootout. After a second-place finish in the 2012/2013 Skip Barber Winter Series, Telitz graduated to the F1600 Championship Series, claiming third in the championship. He went on to win the Skip Barber Championship Shootout in 2013 propelling him to the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda in 2014. He finished fourth in the championship and won Rookie of the Year honors driving for ArmsUp Motorsports. He went one better in 2015, placing third in the final standings with one race win and 10 additional podium finishes.
